I ran across an etsy site that makes jewelry from gimp and chains. The jewelry is so cute! but I wish I had thought of it first. That being said, I think I'm going to try to re-create some of these looks.

Gimp Chic
Does anyone remember gimp from the 90s? With the tons of different colors, there were limitless possibilities. I think I still remember how to do the box (double, triple, quadruple, twisted whatever lol), chinese staircase and butterfly. I wish I remembered how to do the cobra and double cobra! Why do I mention this?

everyone is making those nowadays! but i think its best you make it yourself before buying them! hit up ebay for the materials for the low!

Haha yes! Everybody had gimp keychains i remember my school tried to ban us from bringing it to school because thats all kids used to do
ReplyDeleteAlready has made a come back. I work in a high school and I see teenagers wearing this trend. I laugh under my breath because this was in when I was in high school.
