The Itch

After attending the meetup on Saturday and reading through numerous hair blogs today, I am SO itching to take my hair out of these yarn braids. But, I know my hair does better when I don't mess with it. Plus this west coast dryness can NOT be good for me.

But I still want to take out my hair by 4th of July weekend. I miss my twist-outs!

Braidout

Don't you love this warm weather? Yesterday (and today) was definitely a dry braid-out kinda day. In other news, my hair smoothie came in the mail! I almost forgot I ordered it.

Curl Ectasy is a deep conditioning treatment that is supposed to be great for dry hair! I think I'm going to use it tonight with this hair scrub that I found on another blog! Results tomorrow!

Desperately Seeking

Any of my followers care care to braid/twist my hair? (for a fee of course)

I'm looking to get box braids, kinky twists or yarn braids in the next couple of weeks :)

Twisted

Put my kinky twists back in. This time they're skinnier and a little shorter... I got tempted to straighten my hair so I decided this would be the best way to avoid that

I need to learn how to get these twists tighter, like how the Africans braid but since I'm not African I feel like it's impossible! Any techniques that someone would like to share would be greatly appreciated!
