7-Minute Exercise

We've only got 6 7 minutes to save the world exercise. Scientists say these 7 minutes will be "unpleasant" but super effective. I tried it about 7 minutes ago and results? I feel fine. Between each set, I took a 10 second break as instructed, but I feel like I could do this 3 more times. I do want to build my endurance, so maybe this will help.


  1. This looks nice. How many reps are you supposed to do for each exercise?

  2. The website says to do as many as possible for 30 seconds. But it may have worked because I did 3 miles on the treadmill today and wasn't as tired as normal!...or this could be a placebo effect
