I definitely understand how you feel. But...Hey sis! I definitely understand how you feel. But I have found the more you care for the extensions, the better for your hair. Washing is greatly advised depending on your normal routine. Conditioning with your go-to conditioner for a few minutes is also great. Deep conditioning sounds good especially for long term protective styles. It is also good practice to moisturize daily (or as you see fit) with a spritz, butter and/or cream.
